2017 Stewardship season:
Click here to view “This is our Story” brochure. Highlights some of the ministries and work going on at Covenant.
Hear a few highlights of current ministries and dreams for the future:
Oct. 8 – Alan Metzger started off the series preaching. He challenged our Food Pantry to feed 5,000 people this year and to provide 210 coats to those in need. Terrie Lewis also gave a short message about Christian Education and some hopes for the future.
Oct. 15 – Dave Phillips, from the Deacons, reminded us how much of a difference the Food Pantry makes to many families on a regular basis. He also challenged each of us to give up one lunch a month, then add that to our estimated giving to help Covenant feed more people.
Oct. 22 – Jim Chipman, Treasurer, will give a Minute for Stewardship about Strategic Planning and Finances of Covenant.
Oct. 29 – Cindy Spicer, Chair of the Mission Committee, will share some current work and future dreams.
Saturday, Nov. 4, 6:30pm. We hope everyone will join us for dinner (beef, chicken, pork, twice baked potato, salad, and dessert), childcare provided. It will be a relaxing evening of food, fellowship, and dreaming about 2018 and beyond. We will be giving out tickets soon to help plan for food.
Nov. 5 – Stewardship Sunday. We will dedicate the Estimated Giving and celebrate how blessed Covenant has been as we look forward to what God will do through Covenant in 2018.
